What we do
Electrical contracting for the whole coast
Residential, commercial and industrial. New construction and remodel. Whether it is a single dead circuit or a full gear room, the same crew turns up and the same standard applies.
Knob and Tube Replacement
Older coastal houses still run on cloth and ceramic. We pull the old stuff out and rewire the place properly, room by room, without gutting it.
New Construction Wiring
Full rough-in through to final trim. Boxes set, homeruns pulled, everything labeled and ready for inspection before the drywall goes on.
Remodels and Additions
Additions, kitchen and bath remodels, garage conversions. We work to the plan and around the other trades on site.
Commercial and Industrial
Bent conduit, gear rooms, three phase and distribution. Clean, mechanically supported runs that pass inspection and stay serviceable for decades.
24 Hour Service
Power out, breaker that will not hold, burning smell at the panel. Call any hour and you get an electrician, not an answering service loop.

Boxes set true, homeruns pulled clean, everything marked up before the rock goes on. Builders keep calling us back because the inspection passes and the trim out is not a fight.

Old houses, salt air, tired wiring
Plenty of houses around Seaside are running on wiring that was old when the current owners bought the place. We replace power mains, swap out full panels and pull knob and tube out of occupied homes without turning the house upside down.
